About me
My coaching journey began from my love of working with people and focusing on their wellbeing.
As a mother of two children, I have learned the importance of communication, patience, understanding, empathy and sensitivity. I also discovered and developed my enthusiasm for communication and rhetoric during my many years working in the healthcare sector.
This spurred me on to attend various seminars in communication, time and conflict management and finally to complete my training as a speaker and facilitator with the aim of offering further training on a part-time basis.
The opportunity to hold job application training courses for young people as an expert in secondary schools not only filled me with joy, but also inspired me to take further personal development steps.
My subsequent participation in a women's mentoring course and certification as a Gestalt teacher/ Gestalt trainer were milestones on my path.

The decision to complete a coaching course was a turning point in my life and I have been working successfully as a mental coach since 2016.
My coaching focuses on finding future-oriented solutions together, developing goals, strengthening motivation, overcoming obstacles, developing potential, recognizing one's own achievements, strengthening the ability to work in a team, accepting challenges and conveying a zest for life.
I look forward to accompanying you on your personal journey through life and supporting you with the big and small challenges of everyday life.

Mental Detox
is a holistic approach to mental cleansing and strengthening. It includes techniques and exercises to let go of negative thought patterns and emotional stress. Through conscious breathing, meditation, mindfulness and giving up harmful habits such as excessive stress or negative self-talk, people can improve their mental health and achieve a sense of inner peace and clarity.

Unleashing potential
describes the process by which a person discovers, develops and utilizes their full potential and abilities in order to achieve personal growth and success. This process often involves self-reflection, self-awareness and the identification of personal strengths and weaknesses. Through targeted efforts, further training and support from mentors or coaches, someone can develop their potential and realize their goals.

Coaching
is a professional support method in which a coach helps a person or group to identify their goals, overcome obstacles and develop their full potential. The coach uses various techniques such as active listening, questioning, feedback and guidance to help the coachee achieve their personal and professional goals. Coaching can be used in various areas of life, including career, relationships, health and personal development.
